Gwyl
Plant Morgannwg began in its present form in 1996
when Primary School
folk dancers from the former South and
Mid Glamorgan counties
amalgamated to dance at Cardiff Castle.
Each year since
then they have danced at
The Museum of Welsh
Life, St. Fagans.

The
objective of Gwyl Plant Morgannwg
is to provide the children of Glamorgan with the opportunity to enjoy their
culture
in a relaxed, non-competitive, non-elitist and non-profit making
environment.
We
provide free Inset for Teachers
and free practices for children to learn the dances for the year’s festival.
Wednesday 17th October - 6pm to 8pm - Riverbank Special School, Cardiff
BUFFET with Teachers' Practice and AGM.
Saturday 23rd February - 10:15 to 12:15 - St Fagans - Children's Practice
